Access Rights to Shared Facilities
The apartment key provides default access to the storage cage area, the club room, and bicycle storage rooms. Access to other facilities can be obtained from the property management office when reserving the space. In such cases, the access rights are added to the apartment key.
Please note: It is important that everyone makes sure doors are properly closed whenever they are opened. This ensures that only authorized persons can access the facilities.
Key Updates
When opening the main entrance door of the stairwell or other doors equipped with a code reader, use the key on the code reader rather than in the keyhole whenever possible. This updates the key and transfers any new access rights to it.
Video Surveillance
Shared facilities and the corridors leading to them are monitored by recording video surveillance.

Sauna Facilities
The sauna facilities are located at the E-end of the EF building. Available sauna slots can be inquired about from the property management office. Each sauna reservation lasts one hour, and the entire sauna area (changing room, washing facilities, and sauna room) is available for private use during the reservation.
There are three saunas: Sauna 1, Sauna 2, and Sauna 3. Sauna 1 has an extra step to make access to the benches easier. Sauna 2 is wheelchair accessible through the sauna room doorway, and there is space for a wheelchair at the front of the sauna room. Sauna 3 is the largest, although all three are spacious family saunas.
A free communal sauna for all residents is available on Mondays from 18:00 to 22:00, except in July. Any special communal sauna sessions on Christmas Eve, Midsummer Eve, or other occasions will be announced separately on the sauna corridor door.
Please ensure that the lights in the sauna and washing rooms are turned off and the doors are closed after your sauna session. The changing room lights operate with motion sensors.
Residents with sauna reservations may temporarily exchange their reservation for an available slot through the WhatsApp group Saunavuoroilmoitus (”Sauna slot notification”).
Laundry Room
The laundry room is located at the F-end of the EF building.
Access rights to the laundry room can be obtained from the property management office. The washing machines operate with €1 coins. One wash cycle costs €1.
Instructions for reserving laundry slots are posted next to the laundry room door.
Club Room
The club room is located in the AB building between stairwells A and B. It is intended for shared use by residents. Residents can play games, watch television, and spend time together there. The club room also has a toilet.
The club room may be reserved through the housing association board for private use, such as birthday parties.
Committee Room and Kitchen
The residents’ committee room is located in stairwell B. The space includes a kitchen, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
The room may be reserved through the housing association board for private use, for example together with the club room for birthday celebrations.
Bicycle Storage Rooms
The housing company’s two bicycle storage rooms are located in the IK building.
Gym
The gym is located in the corridor between stairwells E and F in the EF building. If you would like access to the gym, please request it from the property management office.
Weight Room
The weight room is located in stairwell A. If you would like access to the weight room, please request it from the property management office.
Storage Cages
Storage cages for apartments 1–27 are located in the civil defense shelter in stairwell D. The remaining storage cages are located in the basement of the GH building, accessible through the metal door next to stairwell G.
Parking Spaces
The housing company has two parking areas available for residents. The upper parking area (Yläparkkialue) is located between Juhana Herttuan tie and the housing company’s taller buildings. Access is from the IK building side. The lower parking area (Alaparkkialue) is located next to Herttuanpolku between the GH building and Pekka Korpin tie. Access is from Antti Korpin tie. Parking space numbers.
All parking spaces support car heating and 11 kW electric vehicle charging. Available parking spaces can be requested from the property management office. The property management office notifies the eParking company, which acts as the operator and enables heating/charging access rights as well as billing electricity usage on behalf of the housing company.
Charging and heating schedules can be controlled manually directly from the charging post, but it is easier to use the eParking mobile application, which also allows monitoring electricity usage and paying electricity bills.
Cold Storage Cellar
The cold storage cellar is located in the corridor between stairwells E and F in the EF building.
If you would like to rent a cold storage compartment (subject to a fee), please contact the property management office to inquire about availability.
Home Internet Connection
The housing maintenance fee includes a basic-speed internet connection provided by DNA. To use the internet connection, you need a compatible modem and registration as a housing broadband user at a DNA service point.
If you experience connection problems, please contact DNA’s fault service at 044 144 044.
