Parking
Parking in the yard area is only permitted in designated parking spaces. Parking supervision is handled by Aimo Park. Service and maintenance driving is permitted, but vehicles must be moved away from the yard area as soon as possible. The driving lanes in the yard are rescue routes and must not be unnecessarily blocked.
All parking spaces owned by the housing company are subject to a fee. Available parking spaces can be inquired about and reserved through the property manager’s office.
The housing company does not have guest parking spaces. Guest parking is possible on the street and, with the resident’s permission, in a parking space managed by the resident.
Waste Sorting
The housing company has two waste collection shelters, one in each yard. The waste containers are intended only for household waste and may not be used for renovation waste, hazardous substances, or similar items.
Christmas trees may be left outside the waste shelters along the right-hand wall.
If the waste containers in your own yard are full, please use the waste containers in the other yard.
The waste shelters contain separate bins for: mixed waste, cardboard packaging and corrugated cardboard, paper, glass packaging, small metal items, plastic packaging, and bio waste. The waste shelter on the A-B building side also includes a collection point for electrical appliances.

Carpet Beating
Carpet beating is permitted every day between 08:00 and 22:00. Carpet beating racks are located in both yards next to the waste shelters.
Beating carpets on balconies is prohibited.
Smoking Areas
Smoking in the yard is only permitted in designated smoking areas located next to the waste shelters.
Use of Yard Areas
The yard areas are intended for all residents for relaxation, recreation, games, and play. The fixed barbecue grills and the gas grill in the yard are also available for residents’ use.

Pet owners should take this into account.
Renovation and restoration of the yard areas following the plumbing renovation will begin in spring 2026.
